da MPS II neuronop\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li>Dados intermedi\u00e1rios da por\u00e7\u00e3o Fase I\/II do CAMPSIITE demonstram que a RGX-121 foi bem tolerada at\u00e9 01-AGO-2022. Os objetivos principais deste estudo fundamental s\u00e3o avaliar os GAGs do l\u00edquido cefalorraquidiano (LCR) e o efeito da RGX-121 na fun\u00e7\u00e3o do neurodesenvolvimento, conforme medido pela Escala Bayley de Desenvolvimento para Beb\u00eas e Crian\u00e7as, 3\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o (BSID-III) ou Escalas Mullen de Aprendizagem Precoce (MSEL) na MPS II neuronop\u00e1tica pedi\u00e1trica.
