az\u00facar conocidas como glicosaminoglicanos(GAG). <sup>1<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Si los GAG se acumulan en las c\u00e9lulas del cuerpo, pueden causar da\u00f1o progresivo en muchos \u00f3rganos, incluidos el cerebro, los o\u00eddos, los pulmones, el coraz\u00f3n, el est\u00f3mago, los intestinos, los huesos, las articulaciones, la boca y la piel. <sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>El da\u00f1o El proceso de determinaci\u00f3n de la elegibilidad puede tardar unas semanas. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"process-step study-duration\">\n    <h5>Duraci\u00f3n del estudio principal<\/h5>\n    <p>Si su hijo cumple los requisitos <em>y<\/em> usted decide inscribirle en el estudio, la participaci\u00f3n en la parte principal del estudio durar\u00e1 unos 2 a\u00f1os.
